NOVELTY - Aqueous phase dispersion liquid comprises 0.2-0.5 %mass monolithic graphene oxide and water. The monolithic graphene oxide has a structure (I). USE - Aqueous phase dispersion liquid is useful for improving strength and toughness of cement matrix material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Aqueous phase dispersion liquid can be economically and easily prepared with easily available raw materials in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous phase dispersion liquid comprises 0.2-0.5 %mass monolithic graphene oxide and water. The monolithic graphene oxide has a structure of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing aqueous phase dispersion liquid, which involves adding natural flake graphite raw materials to a reactor filled with concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid mixed solution, starting the mechanical stirring device, stirring at 0-3 degrees C for 5-15 hours, slowly adding potassium permanganate after the natural scale-shaped graphite is fully infiltrated with the concentrated sulfuric acid and the concentrated phosphoric acid mixed solution, stirring at a low temperature of 0-3 degrees C for 1-2 hours, reacting at 35-50 degrees C for 10-40 hours, adding deionized water, heating at 70-100 degrees C for 0.5 hour, dripping hydrogen peroxide, continuously reacting at 70-100 degrees C for 0.5 hour under stirring condition, filtering while the reaction is hot, washing, adjusting the pH value to be 6-7 and carrying out ultrasonic stripping treatment to obtain the aqueous phase dispersion liquid.
