NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanocomposite material involves weighing 50-60 pts. wt. bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, 11-14 pts. wt. diethyl toluene diamine, 2-3 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 100 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, mixing bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and diethyltoluenediamine, stirring at 100 degrees C for 15-18 minutes to obtain a light yellow liquid epoxy resin pre-compound, adding the epoxy resin premix to absolute ethanol, stirring and mixing at 300r/minutes for 26-30 minutes at room temperature, placing in a vacuum oven at 110 degrees C to degas for 30-40 minutes to obtain epoxy resin mixture of pre-compound and ethanol, adding the modified graphene oxide to the mixture of the epoxy resin pre-composite and ethanol, and ultrasonically treating for 40-50 minutes at room temperature to form a suspension, placing the suspension in a vacuum oven at 110 degrees C for degassing 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixture, pouring the mixture into a mold. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene nanocomposite material has excellent flame retardant property and improves the mechanical property and heat-resistant stability of the composite material.
