NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide wound repair plaster comprises adding 2-10 g micron cellulose into 100-200 ml of 64% sulfuric acid solution, reacting at 45 degrees C for 40-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution, ultrasonically treating to obtain milky white suspension, centrifugally washing, ultrasonically processing for minutes to obtain stable cellulose colloid having pH of 6-7, drying to obtain nano-cellulose solid powder, placing the dried nano-cellulose solid powder in a vacuum furnace, filling with 1000-2000 ml nitrogen, conducting high temperature dehydrogenation, obtaining graphene oxide powder, taking 0.04 g graphene oxide powder, adding 500-1500 ml deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, soaking a non-medical cotton cloth in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, taking out and drying to obtain the product. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide wound repair plaster. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide wound repair plaster having stronger and better antibacterial property, thus, shortening the wound healing time.
