▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Furan-based nano-composite copolyester material comprises a copolyester substrate and a two-dimensional nano material, where the copolyester substrate is 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid, dihydric alcohol copolymerization, the dihydric alcohol is ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, 1, 6-glycol and the two-dimensional nano-material is dispersed in the copolyester substrate. USE - The furan-based nano-composite copolyester material is useful in bottle material, packaging, high-performance fiber and engineering plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite copolyester material: uses synergistic effect of copolymerization and nano-composite, adjusts the polyester molecular chain structure and the two-dimensional nano-material hybrid, has good crystallization rate, high elongation at break, and good barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the furan-based nanocomposite copolyester material, comprising using in-situ composite method and/or melt blending method.
