NOVELTY - Water-based paint comprises 0.54-0.56 wt.% graphene, 0.11-0.12 wt.% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.03-0.05 wt.% polyamide, 0.06-0.08 wt.% magnesium phosphate, 0.04-0.08 wt.% fatty acid sorbitan, 0.02-0.03 wt.% polysorbate, 0.11-0.12 wt.% hexametaphosphate, 0.07-0.09 wt.% silicone emulsion, 0.01-0.02 wt.% epoxy silane-modified silica sol, 0.23-0.26 wt.% cross-linked polyethylene, 0.45-0.54 wt.% benzoyl peroxide butyl, 0.05-0.13 wt.% sodium silicate, 0.22-0.26 wt.% melamine phosphate, 0.13-0.15 wt.% n-dodecyl mercaptan, 0.11-0.13 wt.% pentaerythritol and 0.17-0.21 wt.% aluminum silicate fiber. USE - Water-based paint for building (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water-based paint has high-strength, strong adhesion and corrosion resistance and crack resistance, and is eco-friendly and non-toxic. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-based paint, which involves: (A) mixing polyamide, silicone emulsions, tetrachloro isophthalonitrile, 5-chloro-2-toluene-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3 ketones, epoxysilane-modified silica sol, aqueous polyurethane resins, butyl peroxybenzoate, melamine phosphate, acrylate, tung oil, and epoxy resin-modified acrylate emulsion with water in mixer for 30 minutes at 120 degrees C at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute to obtain mixture; (B) mixing the obtained mixture with fatty acid sorbitan, polysorbate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, dodecanol esters and silicone anti-foaming agent for 30 minutes at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute; (C) heating the obtained mixture at 80 degrees C; (D) adding the obtained mixture with graphene, magnesium phosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium aluminum silicate fiber, sodium silicate, silica, titanium dioxide, polyvinyl alcohol, light calcium carbonate, talc, titanium dioxide, glass fibers and fluorine resin, and dispersing for 50 minutes at 2000-2200 revolutions per minute; (E) adding the obtained mixture with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked polyethylene, n-dodecyl mercaptan, pentaerythritol and polyvinyl alcohol solution; (F) heating the obtained mixture at 140 degrees C, and stirring for 30 minutes at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute; (G) crushing the obtained mixture in mill to obtain product with fineness of less than 50m; (H) adjusting pH of the product to 7-8, and subjecting to ultrasonic stirring for 20 minutes at 45 kilohertz with power of 10W/cm2; and (I) adding the obtained product with remaining water and filtering to obtain water-based paint.
