NOVELTY - Polytetrafluoroethylene/graphite wire comprises conductor layer, a graphene layer and an insulating outer layer, the lead core layer being extruded from a graphene and a polytetrafluoroethylene material, where graphene layer is coated with a graphene material, the insulating outer layer is wrapped and molded by insulating material. USE - Used as polytetrafluoroethylene/graphite wire. ADVANTAGE - The graphite wire has good interlayer bonding performance, wear resistance and stain resistance properties, has good flexibility, flame retardancy and excellent electric conductivity, thermal performance and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing (i) mixing graphene powder and polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder uniformly, obtaining mixed powder, (ii) heating and melting, placing the mixed powder in the temperature of 320-380 degrees C, heating and melting, ultrasonically agitating, obtaining the melting liquid, (iii) pouring the molten liquid into the extruder extrusion-drawing for molding to obtain primary semi-finished product of the wire core, (iv) cleaning and drying the lead core primary semi- finished product is immersed in the deionized water, cleaning and removing the oil stain of the wire core surface of the semi-finished product, drying to obtain the lead core secondary semi- finished product, (v) processing the surface of the wire core secondary semi-finished product to obtain the lead core layer, (vi) dip coating the wire core is immersed in the prepared coating mixed liquid, stirring, drying, taking the lead core finished outer surface dipping coated disposable forms many layers of graphene, dip coating many times repeatedly, obtaining lead semi-finished product, where the coated mixed liquid formed by mixing or mixing it with acetone by graphene comprises graphene with the ethyl acetate, (vii) wrapping outer layer of the wire semi-finished outer surface adopts plastic extruding technique of plastic coated with a layer of insulating layer, obtaining lead finished product.
