USE - Flexible rigid circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The flexible rigid circuit board has excellent bending function, occupies less space during installation process, and can make the circuit board and the equipment to have excellent degree of overlap. The structure can pass through a small gap during installation to satisfy the installation of a special-shaped position, and is convenient to install and fix the rigid circuit board through the clamping structure of the blind groove and the device installation position. The blind groove structure provides assembly as wiring harness and device through installing channel, compressing layout space and forming smaller volume. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flexible rigid circuit board, which involves: (1) hot-pressing middle core board and copper foil layer by using a hot-press, and coating environmentally-friendly solder resist layer on the copper foil layer to obtain rigid circuit board; (2) installing wood pulp board on a forming machine to fix on a forming table, drilling pin holes on the four corners of the wood pulp board through positioning pins, and driving the positioning pins into the pin hole to form a pin column; (3) adding the rigid circuit board to the pin column, fixing the rigid circuit board on the wood pulp board, opening blind grooves on the rigid circuit board, and milling the wood pulp board with the same parameter to form a concave platform with the same depth as the blind groove; and (4) forming circuit board unit with the blind groove by assembling, and then making the inner groove on the rigid circuit board.
