▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fluorinated polymeric acid-doped graphene electrode comprises a graphene electrode formed on a substrate, and a dopant layer formed on the graphene electrode. The dopant layer comprises fluorinated polymeric acid. USE - The electrode is useful as conventional oxide transparent electrode material, preferably indium-tin oxide for display devices and flexible and transparent electrode material for flexible electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The electrode reduces energy barrier required for hole injection or extraction of organic light emitting device, increases current per unit voltage of organic light emitting diode, lowers operation voltage of organic light emitting device, maintains stable driving even in bending test of flexible organic light emitting device, and has improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing fluorinated polymer acid doped graphene electrode, comprising (a) growing graphene on a transfer substrate provided with catalytic metal, (b) removing the catalyst metal from the transfer substrate by introducing an etching solution to separate the transfer substrate from the graphene, (c) attaching the separated graphene to a substrate, and (d) forming a dopant layer on the graphene attached to the substrate.
