▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating comprises 30-50 wt.% stable high modulus silicate, 0.1-2 wt.% graphene, 40-69 wt.% zinc powder, 0.1-5 wt.% modified composite antibacterial algae and 0.1-3 wt% coating additive. The stable high modulus silicate is prepared by reacting silicate, silane coupling agent and silicone-acrylic emulsion. The modulus of the silicate is 4.5-7.0. The zinc powder is flake zinc powder and granular zinc powder. The modified composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent are prepared by modifying the composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent with a surface modifier. The surface modifier is an organosilane coupling agent. The composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent is formed by loading the antibacterial and anti-algae agent with an inorganic porous carrier. USE - As coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is dense, and has less pores, anticorrosive effect and improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (i) preparing hydrolysate of surface modifier, (ii) adding composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent to the hydrolysate of surface modifier, stirring the reaction at 60-80 degrees C to obtain the modified composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent, and (iii) uniformly mixing modified composite antibacterial and anti-algae agent with the stable high modulus silicate solution, adding graphene, zinc powder and coating additive to form the finished product.
