NOVELTY - Graphene flame retarding antistatic composite material comprises 30-50 wt.% mixed polypropylene, 10-20 wt.% high density polyethylene, 15-25 wt.% alkali-free glass fiber, 1-30 wt.% flame retardant, 1-10 wt.% toughening agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.5-4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 1-10 wt.% grafting agent, 0.1-10.5 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% anti-UV agent, and 1-1.5 wt.% lubricant. The mixed polypropylene contains conventional polypropylene and rigidity-increasing polypropylene at weight ratio of 25-35:1-10. USE - The graphene flame retarding antistatic composite material is used for bearing base (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength, low cost, good flame retardant property, good antistatic property, simple processing and forming technique, light weight, and low requirement to extruder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material comprising mixing mixed polypropylene and high density polyethylene, stirring, mixing graphene, flame retardant, antistatic agent, toughening agent, grafting agent, antioxidant, anti-UV agent and lubricant mixing, uniformly stirring mixture into double-screw extruder, extruding, and adding alkali-free glass fiber in fiber adding port of double-screw extruder.
