▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing phospholipid-graphene oxide composite material, comprises: (a) preparing negatively charged phospholipids liposome solution, and (b) mixing graphene oxide aqueous solution and prepared liposome solution in an ultrasonic water bath of 10-60 degrees C to form uniform dispersion liquid, stirring and adding reducing agent aqueous solution, reacting for 2-36 hours at 35-90 degrees C in the water bath, performing reduction of graphene oxide, separating by centrifugation, and washing to remove excess liposome and reducing agent to obtain phospholipid membrane-graphene oxide composite material. USE - The composite material is useful for loading and controlled release of drug or gene. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high specific surface area, and is provided with good dispersibility and stability in the aqueous phase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for phospholipid membrane-graphene composite material prepared by the method mentioned above.
