NOVELTY - Decontamination agent comprises 50-60 pts. wt. hydroxymethylcellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. acrylic acid hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 5-25 pts. wt. plant extract, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. ammoniated graphene. USE - The agent is useful e.g. for removing polychlorinated biphenyl in the sludge and protecting environment catalysis field (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing agent, comprising (i) pouring porous silica layer into a mold, adding metal flocculation layer into the mold, and drying to obtain agent.
