DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Automotive plastic sound insulation board comprises 30-35 pts. wt. quartz sand, 16-20 pts. wt. aerogel, 22-28 pts. wt. nanocalcium carbonate, 10-15 pts. wt. nanosilver, 36-30 pts. wt. graphene, 40-46 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 20-25 pts. wt. polyurethane, 10-15 pts. wt. acrylic cotton, 7-9 pts. wt. silicone oil, 17-21 pts. wt. fatty acid amide, 5-10 pts. wt. oleamide, 5-12 pts. wt. erucamide, 14-20 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 25-26 pts. wt. hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, 7-13 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 4-8 pts. wt. tribasic lead sulfate, 2-8 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 11-15 pts. wt. ceramic beads, 14-18 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, and 7-8 pts. wt. four needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of automotive plastic sound insulation board comprising mixing quartz sand, aerogel, nano-calcium carbonate, nanosilver, graphene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyurethane, acrylic cotton, silicone oil, fatty acid amide, oleamide, erucamide and sodium polyacrylate at 3000-3500 revolutions/minute (rpm) speed for 25-30 minutes to obtain mixture (i); mixing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, methyl methacrylate, tribasic lead sulfate, aluminum stearate, ceramic beads, vermiculite powder and four-needle-shaped zinc oxide whiskers, and heating to 125-150 degrees C with stirring at 1200-1600 rpm for 6-17 minutes to obtain mixture (ii); and pouring mixture (i) into mixture (ii), stirring mixture at room temperature with 500-800 rpm speed for 12-14 minutes, heating to 250-350 degrees C in mold, hot-pressing at 5-15 MPa, and cooling to obtain product.
