NOVELTY - Photocatalytic reduction reactor comprises a transparent columnar insulating casing (1), a graphene/silicon composite film (2) horizontally disposed in a columnar insulating casing, and mounted on an electrode plate on the top surface and the bottom surface of the columnar insulating casing. The two electrode plates are respectively connected to the anode and the cathode of the power source. The side wall of the columnar insulating casing is provided with a gas injection hole (5). The gas injection hole is sealed by an insulating rubber plug. The graphene/silicon composite film comprises a graphene film and a nano silicon film on the front side of the graphene film. The nano silicon film comprises silicon nanoparticles. The graphene film is crosslinked between layers, where the degree of crosslinking is 1-5%, the thickness of the graphene film is 10-100 nm, the defect density ID/IG less than or equal to 0.01.
