NOVELTY - Production of polymeric nanocomposite, involves producing and pre-exfoliating of two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial from graphite oxide paste which comprises pre-exfoliation and simultaneous reduction via microwave irradiation in atmospheric air for 1-8 minutes, with power 500-3000 watt, using an exhaust system to release the generated gases, separating of grain size through dry sieving in the particle size 60-2300 pm, exfoliating process, involves stirring the solid obtained in a solvent medium of ethyl alcohol at 0.1-2 mg, in an ultrasonic bath at 30-100 Angstrom C, for 0.5-5 hours, mixing of solids for the production of the polymeric nanocomposite and conformation of the product, adding polymer powder with a particle size range of 130-225 mhi and average molar mass is 3-8 x 106 g/mol to the suspension containing the reduced graphene oxide for deposition of the graphene nanoplatelet layers on the polymeric particulate. USE - Production of polymeric nanocomposite for use in the mining industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures microwave irradiation that provides heating at high temperatures for short periods of time and in specific region and also provides two-dimensional fillers with nanometric thickness and high structural quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of polymeric nanocomposite, involves producing and pre-exfoliating of two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial from graphite oxide paste which comprises pre-exfoliation and simultaneous reduction via microwave irradiation in atmospheric air for 1-8 minutes, with power 500-3000 watt, using an exhaust system to release the generated gases, separating of grain size through dry sieving in the particle size 60-2300 pm, exfoliating process, involves stirring the solid obtained in a solvent medium of ethyl alcohol at 0.1-2 mg, in an ultrasonic bath at 30-100 Angstrom C, for 0.5-5 hours, mixing of solids for the production of the polymeric nanocomposite and conformation of the product, adding polymer powder with a particle size range of 130-225 mhi and average molar mass is 3-8 x 106 g/mol to the suspension containing the reduced graphene oxide for deposition of the graphene nanoplatelet layers on the polymeric particulate, in an ultrasonic bath at 30-100 Angstrom C and simultaneous mechanical stirring for 0.5-5 hours, and removing of the solvent in an oven at 65-78 Angstrom C for 6-12 hours, homogenizing the mixture obtained in a ball mill mixer at 50-300 rpm, for 5-12 hours, using 60-160 spheres having different diameters, molding the material obtained with temperature control at 120-250 Angstrom C, with constant molding pressure at 15-50 MPa, cooling the material obtained at 1-5 Angstrom C/minute, until reaching at temperature 25-50 Angstrom C, under constant pressure at 15-50 MPa.
