▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gallium arsenide/graphene composite dynamically adjustable broadband terahertz metamaterial absorber comprises an absorber, where each structure unit of the absorber is formed by overlapping upper and lower parts. The upper part comprises a gallium arsenides/grapehene super material layer, a middle dielectric layer, and a lower layer gallium sulfide layer. The lower part comprises cross graphene layer, a dielectrical layer and a bottom metal reflecting layer. The metal reflective layer is a layer of continuous metal film, and the material is gold, silver, aluminum or copper. USE - Gallium arsenide/graphene composite dynamic adjustable broadband terahertz metamaterial absorber for use in a liquid crystal, graphene, and VO2 semiconductor material. ADVANTAGE - The absorber is simple in structure and has characteristics of adjustable broadband high absorption frequency. The size of the graphene and gallium arsenide layer and voltage control are optimized to realize the complete absorption of the vertical incident electromagnetic wave.
