NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly mixing 5-10 pts. wt. polypropylene powder and 5- 10 pts. wt. of powder polyimide according to parts by weight for forming mixed powder. Fire retardant ratio of 5-20 pts.wt. of mixed powder is determined for melting at 521 degrees celsius then extruding, stretching, tabletting and cooling to form a diaphragm substrate. A functional layer is paved on a surface of the diaphragm substrate. Sulfur lithium diaphragm surface resistance testing process is performed. Mixture is uniformly deposied on the surface of a carbon nano-tube layer to form an oxidation graphene composite layer. USE - Sulfur lithium battery diaphragm manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables automatically adjusting rotating direction according to actual condition in stirring operation process by mechanical stirring control process so as to reduce probability of electric appliance element burning of a rotating mechanical stirring mechanism, thus prolonging service life and stirring effect uniformality. The method enables testing the sulfur battery lithium surface resistance in simple and easy manner so as to improve operating efficiency and safety-performance, thus reducing testing cost and test result error.
