NOVELTY - Shielding film comprises 670-110 pts. wt. polyamide, 30-40 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide-based polyamide 6, 3-9 pts. wt. low density polyethylene graft-modified acrylic acid and acrylate copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Shielding film for automobile painting protection. ADVANTAGE - The shielding film has excellent tensile property, high thermal deformation temperature, good bonding property with the high temperature resistant adhesive and good shielding paint effect, and does not produce residue on the sheet metal after finishing painting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the shielding film, comprising (i) preparation of graphene oxide-based polyamide 6 by adding 100 pts. wt. polyamide 6, 5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 0.2 pts. wt. organic peroxide into a screw extrusion reactor, melting and blending at 230°C, extruding and granulating to obtain graphene oxide-based polyamide 6; (ii) preparation of low-density polyethylene graft-modified acrylic acid and acrylate copolymer by adding 100 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 4 pts. wt. acrylic acid and acrylate copolymer, and 0.3 pts. wt. organic peroxide into the screw extrusion reactor, melt blending at a temperature of 230°C, extruding and granulating to obtain low-density polyethylene graft-modified acrylic acid and acrylate copolymer; (iii) preparation of the master batch of the shielding film by mixing 70-110 pts. wt. polyamide 6, 30-40 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, and 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide-based polyamide 6, 3-9 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene graft-modified acrylic acid and acrylate copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant into the screw extrusion reactor, melting and blending at 230 ℃ temperature, extruding and pelletizing to obtain shielding film masterbatch; (iv) processing the masterbatch of the shielding film in a shielding film.
