▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-foam nickel loaded nano titanium dioxide photo-catalyst material comprises foam nickel as the substrate deposited on the graphene film layer forming the graphene foam nickel complex carrier, the graphene-nickel foam complex carrier is formed with a layer of titanium dioxide sol film layer. USE - Used as graphene-foam nickel loaded nano titanium dioxide photo-catalyst material. ADVANTAGE - The process has simple operation, less time consuming and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing photo-catalytic material comprising (i) taking polyurethane foam matrix with chromic acid/sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, leaching in the palladium(II) chloride solution, activating adding polyurethane foam substrate into a plating solution containing nickel ions in the electroless plating reaction, plating, drying to obtain the nickel foam, (ii) mixing the graphene and the electrolyte into the organic solvent, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours to obtain electrophoresis liquid, taking foam nickel as cathode, platinum electrode as anode, placing in the electrophoresis liquid for 20-40 minutes, depositing foam nickel on graphene film layer, taking out the cathode material and drying to obtain the graphene foam nickel complex carrier, (iii) ultrasonic washing by anhydrous ethanol, washing by distilled water, drying at room temperature, carting out high temperature oxidation at 10 minutes, (iv) using sol-gel method, preparing titanium dioxide sol, immersing pre-processed graphene-nickel foam complex carrier in titanium dioxide sol slowly taking out, filtering the redundant sol, forming a layer of titanium dioxide sol film layer, drying at room temperature, drying at high temperature to obtain the product.
