▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite electrochromic film comprises indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass or fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) conductive glass as substrate coated with composite film on surface. The composite film is a ternary composite material comprising cobalt (II, III)/reduced graphene oxide (Co3O4/rGO) uniformly modified in nickel oxide (NiO) film with loose porous shape and nano-level aperture. The Co3O4 has nano-level particle diameter. USE - Composite electrochromic film. ADVANTAGE - The film improves coloring efficiency, cycling stability and electrochromic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite electrochromic film comprising covering polyimide tape on non-conductive surface of substrate, adding hexahydrated nickel sulfate and potassium peroxydisulfate into deionized water to prepare mixed liquid, vertically suspending substrate in mixed liquid, magnetically stirring, adding 25-28 wt.% ammonia, reacting at 20-50 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, taking out substrate, torning polyimide tape, washing using deionized water, drying, calcining in muffle furnace at 250-350 degrees C for 2 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain NiO film surface coated substrate, adding cobalt acetate tetrahydrate to anhydrous ethanol, fully stirring, adding 25-28 wt.% ammonia, reacting to obtain solution, dissolving graphene oxide powder into deionized water, ultrasonically processing, adding to solution, transferring to hydrothermal kettle, reacting at 120-150 degrees C for 7-9 hours, filtering, washing, adding deionized water to obtain Co3O4/rGO suspension, soaking substrate, modifying, washing with deionized water, repeating operation and drying.
