▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene insulating coating, involves (i) mixing redispersible graphene powder, redispersible graphene oxide powder and portion of film-forming resin to obtain a mixture, (ii) grinding the mixture obtained in step (i), and (iii) adding the remaining film-forming resin to the ground mixture, and mixing. The redispersible graphene powder is a powder obtained by dispersing graphene as a raw material, using polyaniline oligomer and polyvinylpyrrolidone as a first dispersant to disperse the graphene, and drying the dispersion. The redispersible graphene oxide powder is a powder obtained by subjecting graphene oxide as a raw material, using polyaniline oligomer as second dispersant to disperse the graphene oxide and performing second drying, where the weight ratio of the redispersible graphene powder and the redispersible graphene oxide powder is 1:(3-50). USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene insulating coating used for external corrosion (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate and easy to control operating conditions, and has excellent graphene dispersibility. The graphene insulating coating has excellent performance, solves the problem of static electricity conduction of graphene coatings, and is suitable for insulating and high-performance heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings under severe conditions of corrosive environments.
