NOVELTY - Radiating film comprises mixed material includes 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, and 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene modifier. The graphene modifier is sulfonic acid compound and/or sulfonic acid salt compound, and having an aromatic ring group. USE - The radiating film is useful for display panel in display device (all claimed), and organic light-emitting diode display image, and self-luminous device. ADVANTAGE - The radiating film: has good thermal-conducting performance and mechanical property; and can eliminate air thermal resistance. The method: is economical, easy to operate and good for industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing radiating film comprising (1) mixing graphene and graphene modifier in water to obtain graphene aqueous solution, (2) mixing graphene aqueous solution with polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to obtain a mixed slurry, and (3) forming mixed slurry into a film by blade coating to obtain radiating film; a composite radiating fin comprising a metal substrate and a radiating film arranged on one side of the metal substrate.
