NOVELTY - Similar material of clay water-proof rock formation, includes mineral component materials, strength regulating materials, permeability regulating and cementing materials and water, where the mineral component material includes 10-90 parts mass quartz sand, 5-70 parts mass kaolinite powder, 5-50 parts mass montmorillonite powder, 0.1-30 parts mass illite powder, 0.1-30 parts mass plagioclase powder, 0.1-20 parts mass potassium feldspar powder, and 0.1-20 parts mass dolomite powder. The strength regulating material is 0.01-0.05 part mass grapheme. The permeability regulating and cementing material are 5-15 parts mass polyvinyl alcohol, and the water is deionized and accounts for 15 to 25% of the total material proportion; USE - The similar material of clay water-proof rock formation, is used for geotechnical engineering, underground mine underground mining physical simulation and similar preparation of clay water-separating rock. ADVANTAGE - From the perspective of the similarity of the internal particle size of the rock and the similarity of the mineral components, the similar material achieves the similarity in the external strength, permeability, stress-strain and water-rock interaction characteristics of the rock, and the degree of similarity is higher, and simultaneously, polyvinyl alcohol can polymerize with graphene and mineral component materials to generate graphene/polyvinyl alcohol/mineral polymers. The overall cementation of similar materials is high, and the permeability and microstructure characteristics are more similar to the actual clay water-proof rock formation. The clay water-proof rock similar material has better overall bonding property, permeability, microscopic structure feature and the actual clay water separating rock layer similarity is stronger. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the similar material, comprising (a) obtaining natural rock samples of clay water-proof rock formations through geological drilling, where the diameter of the rock sample is ≥100 mm, and the height of the rock sample is ≥120 mm, (b) performing triaxial compressive strength and permeability coefficient tests on the clay water-proof rock formation natural rock sample obtained in step (a), and determining the triaxial compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the water-proof rock sample, (c) according to step (a), obtaining the natural rock sample of the clay water-proof rock formation, determining the particle size of the water-proof rock sample, the type and content of each mineral component, (d) determining the particle size of quartz sand according to the particle size, triaxial compressive strength, permeability coefficient, type and content of each mineral component obtained in steps (b) and (c), and taking the parts mass of quartz sand, kaolinite powder, montmorillonite powder, illite powder, plagioclase powder, potassium feldspar powder, dolomite powder, graphene and polyvinyl alcohol, and stirring evenly by a dry powder mixer to obtain a dry material mixture, and (e) according to the mass fraction of the dry material mixture obtained in step (d), weighing 15-25% of the dry material mixture mass fraction of deionized water, adding it to the mixed dry material obtained in step (d), and rapidly stirring to get the similar material to be prepared.
