NOVELTY - Preparing biomimetic hydrogel constructed by nano photoelectric semiconductor comprises dispersing the liquid, mixing the n-type semiconductor solution and p-type semiconductor solution dispersed with aqueous-soluble anionic surfactant and conductor material under the condition of stirring, adding the hydrolysis agent, adding reducing agent to the suspension, mixing, filtering the obtained reaction liquid, washing, drying to obtain the photoelectric semiconductor nano particle, where the n-type semiconductor and the p-type semiconductor are titanium salt and bismuth salt, uniformly mixing the acetic acid solution of collagen and photoinitiator buffer solution of modified oxidized hyaluronic acid based on volume ratio of 1: 1 to obtain hydrogel precursor mixed solution, adding photoelectric semiconductor nanoparticles to the hydrogel precursor mixed solution and fully mixing uniformly, allowing to stand and illuminating the obtained mixed solution to obtain the biomimetic hydrogel. USE - The hydrogel is useful for light-induced electric stimulation treatment platform. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good biocompatibility, electrical responsiveness of red light excitation, stable physicochemical property, good conductivity and good red light response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - preparing biomimetic hydrogel constructed by nano photoelectric semiconductor comprises (a) preparing photoelectric semiconductor nano particle including (a1) dispersing the liquid, mixing the n-type semiconductor solution and p-type semiconductor solution dispersed with aqueous-soluble anionic surfactant and conductor material under the condition of stirring, adding the hydrolysis agent, (a2) adding reducing agent to the suspension under the condition of stirring, mixing uniformly, performing hydro-thermal reaction at 180-200℃, filtering the obtained reaction liquid, washing, drying to obtain the photoelectric semiconductor nano particle, where the n-type semiconductor and the p-type semiconductor are respectively titanium salt and bismuth salt, the mol ratio of the titanium ion in the titanium salt and bismuth ion in the bismuth salt is 2: 1-1: 2, the mass ratio of the conductor material to the n-type semiconductor and the p-type semiconductor is 1: (70-120), (b) preparing hydrogel precursor mixed solution: uniformly mixing the acetic acid solution of the collagen and the photoinitiator buffer solution of the modified oxidized hyaluronic acid based on the volume ratio of 1: 1 to obtain the hydrogel precursor mixed solution, where the collagen concentration in the acetic acid solution of the collagen is 8-12 mg/ml, the concentration of the modified oxidized hyaluronic acid is 15-20 mg/ml, the concentration of the photoinitiator is 2.5-5 mg/ml and (c) preparing bionic hydrogel: adding the photoelectric semiconductor nanoparticles to the hydrogel precursor mixed solution prepared at a final concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml and fully mixing uniformly, allowing to stand and illuminating the obtained mixed solution to obtain the biomimetic hydrogel. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a biomimetic hydrogel constructed by nano photoelectric semiconductor, which is prepared by above method.
