▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A paper-based pressure sensor consists of a flexible outer covering, which is nano-cellulose paper with nano-silver interdigital electrodes and pressure-sensitive sensing elements. The nano silver interdigital electrode is printed on the inner surface of the flexible outer coating, and the pressure-sensitive sensing element is located above the electrode and connected to the surface of the nano silver interdigital electrode. USE - Paper-based pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The pressure sensor is efficient and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of paper-based pressure sensor, which involves freezing a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide, urea, and water at -18 degrees C to -5 degrees C, adding cotton linter fiber pulp into the freezing solution, stirring at room temperature, centrifuging, coating on a glass plate to form a cellulose wet film, immersing in 5 wt.% sulfuric acid, immersing in deionized water, drying at room temperature to obtain a transparent nano-cellulose paper, printing nano silver conductive ink on the inner surface of the nano cellulose paper, drying to form a continuous electrode pattern, fixing conductive copper foil tape on the end of the interdigital electrode, adding nanocellulose suspension, polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol to deionized water to prepare a mixed solution, adding graphene/nano-silver wire composite material to the mixed solution, stirring, pouring mixed solution into the template, freeze-thawing, immersing hydrogel in deionized water, freezing, vacuum-drying to prepare graphene/nanosilver wire aerogel, placing the aerogel in the center of the nano silver interdigital electrode, and coating modified hydrophobic adhesive on the blank portion of the nano cellulose paper; (2) nano cellulose paper; and (3) pressure-sensitive sensing element.
