NOVELTY - The projection incremental screen has a fabric layer, a substrate layer covered on the surface of the fabric layer and an optical layer covered on the surface of the substrate layer. The fabric layer is made of criss-cross fiber materials, and the fiber materials are alternately woven by pineapple fibers, flax fibers, jute fibers and basalt fibers. The base layer comprises 3-9 pts. wt. silver powder, 45-405 pts. wt. gloss oil, 22-66 pts. wt. solvent and 3-9 pts. wt. a curing agent. The optical layer comprises 3-8 pts. wt. silicon dioxide powder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene powder, 27-80 pts. wt. ethanol and 3-9 pts. wt. a curing agent. The optical layer further comprises 70-210 pts. wt. matt oil, 3-9 pts. wt. film-forming additives and 3-9 pts. wt. defoaming agents. USE - Projection incremental screen. ADVANTAGE - The projection brightness enhancement film has high gain, wide viewing angle, clear imaging picture, reflection resistance and integral scratch resistance.
