NOVELTY - Device for quality improvement in automated machine casting process by identifying the cast parts through pattern recognition and structure recognition, is claimed. The quality improvement in automated machine casting process comprises (a) filling the desired casting molds (12) and monitoring by means of sensors and cameras, where the casting mold is broken open and each finished casting is identified by pattern recognition and pattern tracking, removing the casting burrs and finished castings for blast cleaning, (b) identifiying each cast part when it leaves the cleaning system, where the identifier surface is scanned by the camera and conveyed to a measuring and testing station, (c) installing measuring devices with regard to the thickness lead to the recording of the quality of the finished cast parts, and (d) controlling the entire casting process by the big data computer and memory for systemic data analysis, evaluation and interactive self-regulation of the process. USE - The device is useful for quality improvement in automated machine casting process by identifying the cast parts through pattern recognition and structure recognition. ADVANTAGE - The device is economical.
