USE - Uranium dioxide powder doped with uniformly dispersed graphene, used in nuclear fuel and in nuclear reactor system. ADVANTAGE - The uranium dioxide powder has high thermal conductivity, and graphene and uranium dioxide are uniformly dispersed, and N-methyl pyrrolidone effect reduces the steps, and simultaneously satisfies the thinning and dispersing of graphene, and used repeatedly, is environmentally-friendly. The composite of graphene sheet and uranium dioxide powder improves the heat conductivity, and are uniform dispersed, and the grain diameter of the powder is less than 500 microm and the thickness of the graphene sheet less than 10 (preferably less than 5, especially less than 1) microm.
