▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A formaldehyde-free graphene carbon package preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide by a modified hummers method, sulfonating with concentrated sulfuric acid for 16 hours, filtering and washing surface of graphene oxide to a pH about 6 with a large amount of pure water to obtain a sulfonated graphene oxide, weighing titanium dioxide nanopowder powder, adding to solution containing sodium hydroxide and reacting at 210 degrees C for 8 hours to obtain the titania phosphate nanobelt, adding ultrasonic to uniformly disperse in deionized water, reacting at 160-180 degrees C for 24-26 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering and washing to obtain a titanium phosphate-graphene oxide nanocomposite. The titanium phosphate-graphene oxide nanocomposite is soaked in hydrochloric acid, ultrasonic dispersed, added activated carbon, vigorously stirred, filtering and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing formaldehyde-free graphene carbon package. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing formaldehyde-free graphene carbon package in efficient, eco-friendly and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a formaldehyde-free graphene carbon package prepared by the method.
