NOVELTY - Integrally forming carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, involves paving a carbon fiber prepreg layer on a lower graphene backing plate layer by layer. The upper graphene backing board is placed on the carbon fiber prepreg layer. The multiple upper molds and multiple lower molds are adjusted to make a molding surface as a target shape. The combined lower graphene liner plate, carbon fiber prepreg and an upper electric heating film are moved to the multi-point lower mold. The multi-points upper mold is moved downward and closed under pressure of the multiple points lower mold to obtain a preform. The multipoint upper mold and the multipoint lower mold are kept in a die closing state. The graphene electrothermal film is communicated with a power supply through a lead to generate heat to solidify the preformed piece. USE - Method for integrally forming carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material, used for production of carbon fiber skin units in aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need a special autoclave device and uses a multi-point mold to replace a fixed mold, which enables to provide small equipment floor area, cost-effective, saves mold manufacturing period and easy storage, and realizes integration of the forming and curing of carbon fiber skin portions, and also reduces device cost and shortens production period.
