NOVELTY - Device comprises atmosphere box (1) for providing protective gas atmosphere, atmosphere box is placed with pool whose outer wall provided with heating element (4), substrate lifting frame is set over bath. The feeder is set with the pool bottom which is provided with push-type stirrer which is set upward. The push-type stirrer is provided with cooler and feeder is set for feeding carbon in molten bath liquid metal. The liquid metal is passed through the heating element. The substrate lifting frame is set for suspending substrate. USE - Device for growing graphene film on surface of substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is cost effective, has high quality and uniformity.
