▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene polyimide composite material comprises 35-45 %mass high molecular polyimide (PI) composite polymer, 40-50 %mass active monomer, 5-8 %mass photoinitiator, 3-5 %mass graphene, 1-2 %mass dispersant and 0.5-1 %mass leveling agent. USE - The composite material is useful in middle frame of mobile phone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent substrate adhesion, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent signal conduction and other property. The environmentally-friendly method enables preparing the composite material without volatile organic compound emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the graphene polyimide composite material, involving adding active monomer to dispersion kettle, dispersing at a speed of 500 rpm for 10 minutes, adding photoinitiator and dispersant, dispersing at a speed of 500 rpm for 10 minutes, adding graphene, dispersing at a speed of 2000 rpm for 20 minutes, using ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a semi-finished product, using an electron microscope to detect the fineness of the semi-finished product less than or equal to 200 nm, adding semi-finished product to the dispersing machine, adding high-molecular polyimide composite polymer and leveling agent, dispersing at a speed of 2000 rpm for 30 minutes, filtering and packing; and (2) a use of the graphene polyimide composite material, involving sequentially molding the graphene polyimide composite material by a 3D printer and curing by UV light to be applied to the middle frame of a mobile phone.
