NOVELTY - A nano enamel material comprises 30-35 pts. wt. base agent, 12-16 pts. wt. co-solvent, 2-5 pts. wt. opacifier, 3-5 pts. wt. adhesive, 30-35 pts. wt. wide band gap semiconductor nano powder, 0.2-1 pt. wt. graphene and 2-4 pts. wt. nano silver powder. USE - Nano enamel material used in inner surface of reactor which is used in food and pharmaceutical applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is highly efficient and quick due to negative ion micro circulation atmosphere generated by nano ions in the tank.
