NOVELTY - Graphene silver nanowire composite paste comprises 30-50 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-16 pts. wt. silver nanowires, 6-10 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 40-60 pts. wt. solvent, 30-50 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane resin, 10-30 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. water-based acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. glucose, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.5-5 pts. wt. auxiliary USE - Graphene silver nanowire composite paste. ADVANTAGE - The graphene silver nanowire composite slurry has a better dispersion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-silver nanowire composite slurry, which involves weighing a certain amount of graphene and adding into a ball mill for pulverization to obtain graphene powder, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid to the graphene powder, mixing and stirring evenly, and adding potassium permanganate slowly during the stirring process, adding potassium permanganate and continue to stir for 2-4 hours, after stirring, using a water bath to heat the temperature to 35-45 °C for insulation, after the insulation is completed, adding deionized water, and then increasing the water bath temperature to 90-100 °C for insulation, and the insulation is completed, after adding 5% hydrogen peroxide solution, after the reaction is completed, use hydrochloric acid and deionized water to wash until the pH is neutral, and then vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene; ii. adding deionized water to the modified graphene obtained in step i., ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain a modified graphene dispersion, then adding silver nanowires to the graphene dispersion, and using deionized water after ultrasonically assisted stirring evenly, washing for 3-5 times, adding glucose after washing, refluxing and stirring at 90-100 °C for 8-12 hours, and then filtering, washing the obtained precipitate and drying with deionized water and ethanol to obtain modified graphene and silver nanometers a mixture of threads; iii. adding the weighed conductive carbon black, solvent, dispersant, water-based polyurethane resin, water-based epoxy resin and water-based acrylic resin into the reaction kettle, stirring and mixing for 1-2 hours, and then ultrasonically dispersing for 3-8 hours, after the ultrasonic dispersion is completed, using a ball mill, high-speed ball mill dispersion, after the ball mill dispersion is completed, filter to obtain pre-mixed slurry; iv. adding the mixture obtained in step ii. to the premixed slurry obtained in step iii., and adding an auxiliary agent for defoaming, dispersion, pH adjustment, and curing, and the graphene-silver nanowire composite slurry is obtained after continuous stirring.
