▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based nano-titanium dioxide sheet with enhanced visible light catalysis comprises (i) adding graphene oxide to the amino-terminated polymer solution and ultrasonically processing for 0.5-2 hours to obtain A, (ii) mixing hydrofluoric acid and titanium dioxide precursor to obtain B, (iii) mixing A and B, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and then performing solvothermal reaction to obtain C, and (iv) cooling, washing and drying the C to obtain graphene-based nano titanium dioxide sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based nano-titanium dioxide sheet with enhanced visible light catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts one-step solvothermal method; utilizes amino-terminated polymer as solvent; and forms nano-titanium dioxide wafers with exposed (001) planes in situ while reducing graphene oxide and titanium and carbon chemical bonds during growth, which strengthens the connection between the two and narrows the forbidden band width of titanium dioxide, and improves its photocatalytic degradation effect under visible light.
