▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating includes component A and component B. The A component includes 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0-100 pts. wt. carbon nano filler, 0-100 pts. wt. other filler, 0-50 pts. wt. additives and 0-400 pts. wt. diluent. The B component includes 0-100 pts. wt. curing agent, and 0-100 pts. wt. diluent. A component contains two or more epoxy functional groups on the epoxy resin molecule, and the epoxy resin molecule has aliphatic or aromatic structure. The molecular weight is greater than 400. The curing agent in the B component is an amine-based curing agent, and the molecules of the amine-based curing agent have more than two amine-hydride (N-H) structures, and the curing agent molecules are aliphatic or aromatic. The one of the epoxy resin and the amine-based curing agent is modified by introducing a diene furan-maleimide group. USE - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating for heavy anti-corrosion fields such as marine facilities, ship equipment and nuclear power industry. ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating has simple preparation process, has excellent anti-corrosion performance, and the coating can realize the self-repair of defective parts multiple times under light conditions, and restoring the shielding ability to corrosive media can be widely used in heavy anti-corrosion fields such as marine facilities, ship equipment and nuclear power industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a self-healing heavy-duty anticorrosive coating, which involves adding epoxy resin, carbon nano filler, and diluent to the paint dispersion equipment to disperse uniformly, and then adding the auxiliary agent to grind for 5-30 minutes to obtain the A component of the paint; adding the curing agent to the diluent, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the B component of the coating, and mixing the A and B components of the paint together in proportions to prepare the paint to be painted; and (2) a method of using a heavy-duty anticorrosive coating with self-healing function, which involves polishing or sandblasting the metal substrate with sandpaper to remove rust and other debris on the surface of the metal substrate; using absolute ethanol or acetone to clean the metal substrate to remove oil stains, and obtained clean metal substrate is dried and stored in a desiccator or used directly; preparing the coating by spraying or brushing, and the thickness of the coating is controlled by the number of coatings, and the thickness of each spraying is 10-150 micrometer, and after the coated coating is cured at 60 degrees C for 10 hours, a self-healing coating can be obtained.
