▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of micro-well plate vertically coated with graphene oxide involves humidifying the substrate coated with graphene oxide, pressing the plate comprising one or more hemispherical micro-wells formed on the humidified substrate, drying the composite formed after pressing, and removing the plate, in which the composite is formed from the substrate. USE - Manufacture of micro-well plate used for manufacturing three-dimensional cell spheroid platform for drug screening method for treating cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces micro-well plate with improved cell adhesion and growth, prevents the two-dimensional planar growth of cells and vertical growth of cells, and effectively screen the properties of various drugs by growing cell spheroids to a uniform size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) micro-well plate; and (2) drug screening method, which involves dispensing cancer cells into a micro-wells formed in the micro-well plate, culturing in a three-dimensional spheroid form, administering a candidate drug into the micro-well, and measuring a change in the size of the three-dimensional cell spheroid.
