NOVELTY - Preparing graphene flameretardant polyethylene tube involves putting the superfine calcium carbonate, drying and carrying out silanization modified treatment to prepare activated modified ultra-fine calcium carbonate powder, and putting the magnesium chloride with ethylene in vermiculite as the template to generate magnesium ion doped graphene. The high-density polyethylene, activated and modified ultra-fine calcium carbonate powder, magnesium ion doped graphene, pentaerythritol stearic acid amine and antioxidant are mixed uniformly and pelletilized to obtain polyethylene master batch. USE - Method for preparing graphene flame-retardant polyethylene tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene flame-retardant polyethylene tube which has effect of isolating air and co-express, and limiting oxygen index of 32-35.
