▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lipid-modified magnetic graphene oxide complex material comprises drug-loaded magnetic graphene oxide as a core having an average particle size of 50-500 nm, where the magnetic nanoparticle is doped with iron oxide, and the liposome is coated on the surface of the graphene oxide by a non-covalent modification to improve the water dispersibility of the magnetic graphene oxide. USE - The lipid-modified magnetic graphene oxide complex material is useful for preparing controlled-release drug and anti-tumor drug carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lipid-modified magnetic graphene oxide complex material has excellent dispersibility, stability and biocompatibility in the physiological environment, superparamagnetic property and magnetic property, reduces the toxic side effect of the drug and improves the bioavailability of the drug, and the drug has a high loading rate, controlled release effect and pH-dependent release. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the complex material, which involves (a) dissolving the graphene oxide in a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol to obtain a suspension, and ultrasonically processing in a water bath to obtain an aqueous graphene oxide dispersion solution, (b) adding ferric trichloride hexahydrate, sodium acrylate and sodium acetate into the aqueous graphene oxide dispersion solution obtained in step (a) respectively, stirring, placing the reaction mixture in a reactor, incubating, removing the sample and washing to obtain a precipitate, where the precipitate is magnetic graphene oxide, (c) dissolving the soluble egg yolk phospholipid in chloroform and placing on a rotary evaporator to obtain a membrane, then adding water-soluble phosphate buffer solution into the dissolved solution, detaching the membrane by rotation and ultrasonically processing to obtain the liposome dispersion solution, and (d) mixing the magnetic graphene oxide obtained in step (b) and the liposome dispersion solution obtained in step (c), placing the mixture in a constant-temperature oscillator, stirring and centrifuging to obtain the precipitate, dissolving the precipitate in a water-soluble phosphate buffer solution and ultrasonically processing to obtain the product.
