NOVELTY - Tire tread rubber composition comprises 10-90 pts. wt. graphene oxide/silica, 0-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-7 pts. wt. active agent, 1-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. scorch retarder based on 100 pts. wt. diene elastomer. USE - Tire tread rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The tire tread rubber composition increases the low temperature compliance of the tread, improves the braking performance of the tire, reduces the heat generation of the rubber composition, lowers the rolling resistance of the tire, and improves the antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing tire tread rubber composition, which involves: (A) adding diene elastomer, dispersant, antioxidant, and active agent to an internal mixer for mixing for 30-50 seconds, such that the rotor rotation speed is 40-100 revolutions per minute, compression pressure is 0.2-0.8 megapascal, lifting the plug, adding carbon black, graphene oxide / silica composite material, and coupling agent, and mixing for 10-100 seconds, adding residual carbon black, anti-aging agent and active agent, mixing for 10-200 seconds to obtain a piece of masterbatch; (B) cooling the section of the masterbatch naturally cooled to room temperature in the air; (C) weighing a batch of masterbatch, adding a batch of masterbatch, sulfur, accelerator and scorch retarder to the mixer according to the filling factor, mixing for 50-350 seconds to obtain a tire tread compound containing graphene oxide/silica composite material, such that the rotor rotation speed is 10-80 revolutions per minute, and compression pressure is 0.1-0.7 megapascal; (D) cooling the rubber compound naturally to room temperature in the air; and (E) vulcanizing the tire tread rubber compound containing the above graphene oxide/silica composite material at a vulcanization temperature of 150 degrees C for 10-60 minutes to obtain the tire tread rubber composition containing the graphene oxide/silica composite material.
