NOVELTY - Additive type conductive coating comprises 45-65 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-25 wt.% aqueous alkyd resin emulsion, 1-10 wt.% modified nano metal oxide fiber, 1-5 wt.% modified graphene, 2-6 wt.% film forming additive, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoaming agent and remaining of water. USE - As additive type conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The conductive coating combines aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and aqueous alkyd resin emulsion as a base material and improves its distribution and structure in the base material through nanocrystallization and fibroid metal oxide which forms uniform and stable network structure in the base material, reduces the amount of conductive filler and the negative influence of fillers on the viscosity and coating performance of the coating, is economical, and has improved corrosion resistance, electric conductivity and comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive coating involving (i) mixing the modified nano metal oxide fiber, the modified graphene, the film forming additive, the water, the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and the aqueous alkyd resin emulsion and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-60 minutes to obtain a dispersion, (ii) heating the dispersion water bath in step (i) at 60-80 degrees C, adding the remaining aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, the remaining aqueous alkyd resin emulsion, and the defoaming agent, stirring, mixing and cooling to obtain the product.
