▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor (300) has a force sensing resistor layer arranged in a set of graphene electrode patterns (X1, X2, Xn). Another set of graphene electrode patterns (Y1, Y2, Yn) are provided with graphene electrodes. A controller supplies voltage to the latter set of graphene electrode patterns to sense pressure intensity of a reduced pressure register. A reduced pressure register layer is arranged in a transparency organic insulator. Graphene strain gauges (320) are formed in the former set of graphene electrode patterns. Multiple thin film transistors are connected with the graphene strain gauges. USE - Elastic-type three dimensional (3D) touch sensor. Uses include but are not limited to an LCD device, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a portable multimedia player (PMP) and an electronic note. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better flexibility and elasticity, and realizes touch function, easily secures uniformity and reproducibility of a product and improves transparency and mechanical property of a graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of an elastic-type 3D touch sensor.
