NOVELTY - High-reactivity nano-carbon material dispersant based on purine molecule (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful for preparing highly reactive purine-nano carbon material dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I) has simple synthesis method, high product yield and has excellent dispersion effect on single-wall carbon nano-tubes, multi-wall carbon nano-tubes, graphene, reduced graphene oxide and carbon black. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-reactivity nano-carbon material dispersant based on purine molecule of formula (I) is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparation of (I); and Highly reactive purine-nano carbon material dispersion liquid, comprising placing a certain mass of solid powder of different nano-carbon material into container, adding (I) and deionized water, after water bath ultrasonic, using ultrasonic wave cell crushing instrument for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain final product having different mass concentrations.
