▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified polypropylene resin comprises 75-90 pts. wt. polypropylene powder, 9.5-22 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-2 pts. wt. compatibilizer. The polypropylene powder has a melt flow rate of 6-12 g/10 minute under the conditions of 230℃ and a load of 2.16 Kg. The heat stabilizer is pentaerythritol tetrakis3-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionate. The antioxidant is tris-(2, 4-di-tert-butyl phenyl) phosphite. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, and the grafting rate of the maleic anhydride is 0.2-5%. USE - The graphene modified polypropylene resin is used in electronic and electrical appliance field, explosion-proof product shell and component, and electromagnetic shielding shell of semi-conductive shielding material and electronic product in military industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polypropylene resin has excellent conductivity and antistatic performance, wide application range, and excellent toughness and workability. The graphene has excellent mechanical property and conductive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the graphene modified polypropylene resin, comprising (i) drying the polypropylene powder in a blast drying box; (ii) fully stirring and mixing the raw materials to obtain the mixed material; and (iii) extruding and granulating the mixed material to obtain the graphene modified polypropylene resin.
