▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving the detection efficiency of aquatic animals by using graphene oxide comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into the aquatic animal disease loop-mediated isothermal amplification reaction system, and performing nucleic acid amplification; and (ii) detecting the nucleic acid amplification product by electrophoresis, and performing turbidity detection or chromogenic detection. USE - The method is useful in the field of aquaculture and quality inspection. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the sensitivity of the aquatic animal disease detection response and detection efficiency, suppresses the occurrence of false positive results, and reduces non-specific amplification.
