▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional porous silicon carbon material prepared by purifying photovoltaic silicon mud has three-dimensional network structure which further comprises two-dimensional sheet layer/spherical particle nano silicon and organic carbon source. The three-dimensional network structure is formed by three processes. The organic carbon source forms porous cross-linking structure through electrostatic/hydrogen bond. The spray drying process is composed of nano silicon, graphite and graphene formed by cross-linking composite structure. The impurities are removed by acid washing to form porous structure. USE - Three-dimensional porous silicon carbon material prepared by purifying photovoltaic silicon mud. ADVANTAGE - The material is three-dimensional porous silicon carbon material which has high first effect, excellent electrochemical stability and good industrial application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three-dimensional porous silicon carbon material prepared by purifying photovoltaic silicon mud, which involves: (A) placing photovoltaic silicon mud into vacuum oven, and drying to obtain silicon mud raw material A; (B) dispersing silicon mud raw material A in solvent, ultrasonically disperse, and stirring uniformly, adding modifier solution drop by drop to obtain dispersion B'; (C) providing sand mill to dispersion B' under protection of nitrogen for 2-4 hours, where particle size of sand mill beads, which is 0.3 millimeter to obtain slurry C'; (D) preparing graphite dispersion D, and graphene oxide dispersion E; (E) adding graphite dispersion D, and graphene oxide dispersion E to slurry C', adding crosslinking agent, ultrasonically disperse uniformly, and stirring for 4-8 hours to obtain slurry F'; (F) spray-drying slurry F', sintering, cooling naturally, and crushing through 200-mesh sieve; (G) washing; and (H) vacuum-drying to obtain final product G' of silicon-carbon material.
