NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength shape memory chitosan-based hydrogel comprises (i) dissolving the chitosan in the acetic acid solution and stirring for 4-6 hours, adding citric acid and continue stirring for 4-6 hours to obtain a chitosan solution, (ii) adding dopamine hydrochloride or graphene oxide or a mixture of the two to the chitosan solution and carrying pout ultrasonic reaction for 4-6 hours to obtain a chitosan-based solution with the concentration of 1-4 wt.%, (iii) injecting the chitosan-based solution into a mold, freezing for 8-24 hours, thawing it with lye, washing with deionized water to neutrality, demolding and freeze-drying. USE - The chitosan-based hydrogel is useful in minimally invasive implantation of medical material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: has excellent mechanical property, shape memory function and wide application prospect; does not contain chemical components; adopts ethanol treatment, phosphate buffered saline solution or blood to fixed into the original shape. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) high-strength shape memory chitosan-based hydrogel prepared by the above mentioned; and (2) use method of minimally invasive implantation of medical material comprising (i) using ethanol to fixing the high-strength shape memory chitosan-based hydrogel into a fixed temporary shape hydrogel, the treatment time is 0.5-4 hours and the treatment temperature is at 20-50 degrees C, (ii) using water, phosphate buffered saline or blood to restoring the high-strength shape memory chitosan-based hydrogel processed in resultant step to the original shape of the high-strength shape memory chitosan-based hydrogel, the processing time is 20-300S and the processing temperature is room temperature.
