NOVELTY - A graphene montmorillonite-filled ethylene-vinyl acetate nanomaterial comprises 60-95 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, 1-10 pts. wt. polyrotaxane, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 0-20 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.3-2 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, and 0.2-2 pts. wt. processing aid. USE - Graphene montmorillonite-filled ethylene-vinyl acetate nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The graphene montmorillonite-filled ethylene-vinyl acetate nanomaterial has excellent toughness and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene montmorillonite-filled ethylene-vinyl acetate nanomaterial, which involves (1) preparing raw materials, (2) adding graphene, montmorillonite, solubilizer and polyrotaxane to a mixer, and mixing at 150-200 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain polyrotaxane/graphene/montmorillonite composite, (3) adding ethylene-vinyl acetate, heat stabilizer, processing aid and polyrotaxane/graphene/montmorillonite composite to a twin-screw extruder, melt-mixing, dispersing, extruding and granulating, where the length-diameter ratio of the twin-screw extruder is (40-45):1 and the temperature of each section of the twin-screw extruder is 190-240 degrees C.
