▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Optical disk or multilayered plate for fabricating graphene comprises thermoplastic polymer substrate (100) with reflection layer (120) for reflecting incident light; and graphite oxide layer (160) applied on thermoplastic polymer substrate. The thermoplastic polymer substrate comprises lower substrate; and upper substrate (140) disposed above the reflection layer, where reflection layer is disposed between lower and upper substrate. USE - As optical disk or multilayered plate e.g. optical recording and/or reproducing device, useful for fabricating graphene. ADVANTAGE - The optical disk has a thermoplastic polymer substrate with reflection layer embedded for reflecting incident light; and thin-film of graphite oxide layer applied on the substrate, resulting in mass-production of high-quality graphene at a low cost. The graphene fabricated by present method has superior properties in comparison to graphene made by prior-art methods. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing disk for fabricating graphene involving applying graphite oxide layer on thermoplastic polymer substrate.
