NOVELTY - A graphene composite polybutylene terephthalate fiber comprises 10-25 pts. wt. composite masterbatch, 70-90 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 30-40 pts. wt. solvent, and 2-5 pts. wt. surfactant. The composite masterbatch comprises 10-29 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. aniline monomer, 5-10 pts. wt. caffeic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 15-30 pts. wt. filler, 1-2 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 1-3 pts. wt. oxidant, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, and 1-3 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene. The filler is silica, alumina, aluminum powder, titania, and/or pyrophyllite. USE - Graphene composite polybutylene terephthalate fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite polybutylene terephthalate fiber has high flexibility and conductivity, and excellent dry shrinkage resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite polybutylene terephthalate fiber comprises 10-25 pts. wt. composite masterbatch, 70-90 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 30-40 pts. wt. solvent, and 2-5 pts. wt. surfactant.
